About the Role:
Join the vibrant pre-opening team at Mama Shelter Singapore Orchard, a creative lifestyle hotel under the Ennismore/Accor family.
As a Marketing & Communications Executive, you will support the Assistant Manager in bringing the brand to life — helping to build awareness, manage social media, coordinate events, and keep the conversation around Mama Shelter energetic and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Marketing Operations
- Assist in managing the marketing budget tracker, campaign calendars, and performance reports to support ROI tracking.
- Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) to drive brand awareness and direct bookings.
- Update and maintain brand and third-party listings, ensuring visuals, promotions, and content remain accurate.
- Develop and schedule social media posts according to the content calendar, ensuring brand voice and tone consistency.
- Liaise with agencies and internal teams to coordinate creative materials and campaign assets.
- Assist in content creation — photography, captions, short‑form videos, and on‑site activations.
- Maintain and organise the marketing drive, including image/video libraries, templates, and press assets.
- Work closely with Rooms, F&B, and Events teams to execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and traffic.
- Support hotel activations, launch events, and collaborations that enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all digital and offline materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Public Relations, Events & Guest Engagement
- Support the Assistant Manager in handling media requests, influencer outreach, and press coordination.
- Help plan and execute PR events, influencer collaborations, and media activations, ensuring smooth coordination with relevant departments.
- Assist in managing KOL partnerships, including tracking deliverables, content approvals, and post‑event reports.
- Coordinate hosting arrangements for media, influencers, and VIP guests, ensuring memorable branded experiences.
- Support day‑to‑day guest engagement activities that reinforce the brand’s playful and inclusive spirit.
- Participate in brainstorming and execution of creative campaigns and on‑property events.
- Maintain updated databases for media, KOLs, brand partners, and suppliers.
- Assist in maintaining the hotel’s Crisis Communication & Reputation Management SOP, including review response templates and escalation procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
- Excellent written communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with basic design sense (Canva, CapCut, or equivalent tools preferred).
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
