Key Responsibilities
Marketing
  • Support the Marketing Communications team to craft and execute the annual marketing plan, with a strong emphasis on digital campaigns and performance tracking.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that articulate our product launches, promotions, and experiences to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion.
  • Ideate and execute paid marketing activities, including Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, and assist in optimising campaign performance through data‑driven insights and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualise, plan, and deliver campaigns that integrate content, influencer, and event components.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and new marketing directions.
  • Manage campaign reporting and ensure timely tracking of marketing spend and outcomes.
  • Ensure that store‑level print collaterals and in‑store communications are regularly updated and aligned with ongoing brand campaigns.
Content Generation & Management
  • Assist in the development and execution of content across all touchpoints, including social media, website, EDMs, and customer‑facing collaterals, ensuring consistency with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Manage Quan Shui Wet Market’s social media platforms — including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring of feedback or customer queries.
  • Produce engaging visuals and copywriting for posts, videos, and EDMs using design and editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
  • Support on‑site photography, food styling, and filming, ensuring visual consistency across campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the company’s content library, including brand assets, photos, and press materials.
Influencer & Partner Management
  • Identify, liaise with, and manage influencers, KOLs, and community ambassadors, ensuring strong relationships and brand alignment.
  • Curate attractive press kits and partnership packages in line with campaign objectives.
  • Track influencer and partnership performance metrics, generating post‑campaign reports.
  • Explore and manage brand collaborations and partnerships to enhance reach and visibility.
Event Planning & Activation
  • Support the planning and execution of events, pop‑ups, fairs, food tastings, and brand activations to showcase our products and engage customers in‑person.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, vendor arrangements, and manpower for on‑ground events.
  • Assist in developing event marketing materials (signage, booth visuals, social content) and manage real‑time event coverage across digital platforms.
  • Ensure all events are aligned with brand objectives, deliver a strong customer experience, and contribute to measurable outcomes.
Website Management & Optimisation
  • Support website and e‑store updates, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and freshness.
  • Work with internal and external partners to improve user interface, user experience, and product merchandising online.
  • Ensure promotional banners and campaign highlights are updated promptly during campaign periods.
Requirements

  • Very strong proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator), video and photo editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being conversant in Mandarin is a plus given the wet market and local nature of the business.
  • Ability to multi‑task across campaigns, digital channels, and events.
  • A proactive, creative team player with attention to detail and a passion for food and local brands.
