Job Description

  • Responsible for generating, increasing and achieving passenger sales revenue target in Asia and Oceania (currently 11 markets).
  • Focus on increasing passenger sales revenue as primal goals.
  • Formulate market communication strategy including owned media website and electronic direct marketing (eDM) strategies in line with company policy and direction.
  • Manage website and eDM in line with market communication strategy.
  • Drive end-to-end campaign execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analyze the performance of those media regularly through various data, reports, market intelligence, to plan and conduct countermeasures.
  • Lead the responsible markets based on understanding of market differentials, potentials and trends for further improvements.
  • Plan the annual budget to maximize profit.
  • Co-ordinate with Branch offices, the region Head Office and external business partners.
  • Provide other administrative functions for the related duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in marketing, website operation or relevant role.
  • Fundamental knowledge of web design and HTML.
  • Open to travel in Asia and Oceania region including Japan for business.
  • Good knowledge and advanced in Microsoft EXCEL, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Analytical with problem solving skills.
  • Accept responsibility and be able to work under pressure and timeline.
  • Have good communication skills to understand supervisors’ instructions.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse groups of people from different cultures in Asia Oceania.
