Job Description & Requirements

• Establish & retain good relationship with existing and new Clients through frequent phone calls, emails, etc.Prioritize (Segmentation and priority of Clients), estimating and quoting of customers’ Request for Quotation – in a timely manner
• Follow-up on quotes & deal with the Clients thru phone calls, email replies.
• Create Quotations and send to clients
• Convert Sales leads into actual orders/docking/ship repairs.
• Enquiries Tracking and Weekly Presentation
• Undertaking ad-hoc projects.
• Customer Visits when required
• Participation in events such as networking dinners, exhibitions, etc.
