We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Marketing & Business Development candidate to manage external communications, strengthen our brand presence, and build a sustainable pipeline of leads and partnerships. You will play a critical role in ensuring our work is seen, understood, and connected to the right partners, funders, and communities.

We are looking for a candidate who is available to start as soon as possible, latest by 1 December 2025.
Contract Terms: A 2-year full-time contract with competitive remuneration ($3.8k to $4.5k), commensurate with experience. Potential for renewal beyond 2 years based on company performance and mutual agreement.
Work-Life Balance: Hybrid working arrangements (in‑person and remote work), 2 days WFH, 3 days WFO, adjustable start/end times daily, occasional evening/weekend commitments to engage with community activities (with Time‑off provided).
Centrally located: work venue on WFO days @Waterloo Centre.
