What you'll do:

As a Marketing Automation Specialist based in Singapore, you will play a central role in enabling marketer strategies by designing and implementing sophisticated messaging solutions.

  • Engage with marketers during refinement sessions to clarify strategic requirements and finalise project intake, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Design comprehensive messaging solutions tailored to specific audience cohorts, utilising your academic knowledge and practical experience in end-to-end solutioning.
  • Build robust messaging workflows across multiple channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough self-quality assurance testing on all solutions prior to deployment, identifying potential issues early and ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Participate in peer-review quality assurance processes for Marketing Operations colleagues, providing constructive feedback to enable deployment-ready status for all campaigns.
  • Monitor solution deployments actively for a defined period post-launch, quickly identifying any bugs or issues and taking prompt action to remediate or mitigate them.
  • Leverage business intelligence reporting tools or direct analytical queries to assess the impact of deployed solutions on key business metrics.
  • Utilise insights gained from data analysis in subsequent refinement sessions or team reporting, driving continuous improvement in messaging relevancy and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, analysts, and technical specialists in an agile environment to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Document solution designs, test results, and insights clearly and effectively for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
