About The Team

Our Singapore Marketing team drives growth through impactful digital campaigns and data-driven insights. The Big Campaigns, Social Media and Communications, KOL Marketing, User Growth and Projects teams all contribute to the planning, execution and success of our campaigns.

Note: Your final placement will be dependent on your knowledge, skills and experience after the team’s evaluation.

Job Description
  • Participate and support the launch and day-to-day operations to grow Shopee Singapore’s various marketing campaigns
  • Drive initiatives and key mechanics to help achieve topline targets. Engage in brainstorming innovative campaigns aimed at enhancing sales performance
  • Analyse competitor performance and industry solutions to drive strategic growth initiatives based on market trends and best practices
  • Use data to guide decision-making, continuously optimising campaign performance through new mechanics and engagement strategies
  • Keep abreast of trends on other e-commerce platforms and broader industry developments through comprehensive competitor analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
  • Internship/past experience or knowledge in the relevant industry, such as e-commerce, growth marketing or digital advertising
  • Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach
  • Organised, able to multitask and pay close attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint / Google Slides, Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments, flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions, influencing senior stakeholders
