Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Marketing Specialist in Singapore. The role involves developing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and acquisition for subscription services. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields along with 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in eCommerce. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in various analytics tools are essential. The position is a 2-year contract offering a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years' experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce.
  • Experience with enterprise and government account management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and engagement for subscription services.
  • Lead customer acquisition and digital marketing across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, CRM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to improve digital customer experience.
  • Create and optimize lead generation and retention strategies using data insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and conversions.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to refine growth strategies.
  • Oversee campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
