• Manage and handle company's all SNS accounts (FB, TikTok, Instagram), including creating posts, reels and short video etc.
• Be in charge of Digital Marketing.
• Research market trends.
• Follow up customers' reviews and complaints if any.
• Proactive PR/Media strategy.
• Respond to emails and inquiries relating to business development.
• Ad-hoc works.

Requirements

• Ability to use SNS and Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Need hospitality mindset and communication skills (at least 2 years of experience in Service Industry).
• Cooperative with other staff.
• Work independently.
• Japanese speaking, understanding Japanese culture is an advantage (business level).
