Job Summary

Marketing Assistant Manager to support the execution of marketing strategies and assist in managing day-to-day marketing activities. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop campaigns, analyze performance, manage content, and coordinate with vendors. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and eager to grow into a leadership role in marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to deliver campaigns on time
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
  • Support content creation for websites, blogs, social media, brochures, and other channels
  • Help manage digital marketing efforts such as email campaigns, social media ads, SEO, and PPC
  • Track and report on campaign performance and make improvement suggestions
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
  • Participate in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and product launches
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and invoices
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Support the Marketing Manager in leading a small marketing team and mentoring junior staff
  • Perform any other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Manager or Director
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing or advertising-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Familiarity with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays when needed
