Marketing Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• To manage and handle company's all SNS accounts (FB, TikTok, Instagram) including creating posts, reels and short video etc.
• To be incharge of Digital Marketing
• To resarch market trends
• To follow up customers' reviews and complains if any
• To proactive PR/Media strategy
• To responding to emails and inqueries relating business development
• ad-hoc works

Requirements:

• Ability to use SNS and Office(word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Need Hospitality mind and communication skills (at least 2 years of experiences in Service Industry).
• Coorperative with other staff
• Work independently
• Japanese speaking, understanding Japanes culture are advantage (business level)
