REMOTE WORK - Reports to Singapore Office

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO Responsibilities
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for on-page and technical SEO.
  • Monitor website performance using tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
  • Assist with link-building strategies and partnerships to strengthen online authority.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics with recommendations for improvement.
LinkedIn Management Responsibilities
  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and executives’ profiles (if required) to strengthen brand image.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts (updates, thought leadership, industry news).
  • Monitor engagement (comments, messages, shares) and respond professionally to grow network reach.
  • Research LinkedIn trends and competitor activities to optimize posting strategies.
  • Assist with LinkedIn Ads campaigns (if applicable) to support targeted outreach and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content creation (graphics, case studies, videos) tailored for LinkedIn.
General Marketing Support
  • Maintain content calendars for SEO and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations for management.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO and/or digital marketing (LinkedIn B2B marketing experience is a strong plus).
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently under remote supervision.
  • Proactive learner with strong organizational and communication skills.
