Role & Responsibilities
Digital & Content Marketing
- Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Write, edit, and publish content for various platforms including social media and websites.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media presence.
Design & Collateral Management
- Design and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, leaflets, newsletters, and product labels.
- Assist with the production of marketing collateral to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
Event & Exhibition Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics including venue booking, materials preparation, vendor communication, and on‑site support.
Branding & Internal Communication
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
Administrative
- Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
- Manage marketing calendars and schedule meetings, events, and project timelines.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners as required.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned to support marketing function.
Requirements
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to interact and co‑operate with colleagues from other department (sales department) for better co‑ordinations and efficiency of work.
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Autocad (Optional).
