Role & Responsibilities
Digital & Content Marketing
  • Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Write, edit, and publish content for various platforms including social media and websites.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media presence.
Design & Collateral Management
  • Design and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, leaflets, newsletters, and product labels.
  • Assist with the production of marketing collateral to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
Event & Exhibition Coordination
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, materials preparation, vendor communication, and on‑site support.
Branding & Internal Communication
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
  • Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
Administrative
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
  • Manage marketing calendars and schedule meetings, events, and project timelines.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners as required.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned to support marketing function.
Requirements
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to interact and co‑operate with colleagues from other department (sales department) for better co‑ordinations and efficiency of work.
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Autocad (Optional).
