Job summary

Orchard Scotts Dental Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a marketing executive apprentice to help tell our story and learn how a modern marketing operation runs inside a premium dental practice.

You will work directly with a Fractional CMO, take on real responsibility early, and develop content calendars, assets, and campaigns with AI-driven workflows and high standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or demonstrable ability that makes the qualification beside the point.
• 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates and career-switchers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written English and a good eye for detail.
• Confident with everyday digital tools, and quick to pick up new ones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations: content calendars, scheduling, task tracking, follow-ups, and administrative work.
• Produce marketing assets — social content, emails, website updates, patient communications, simple collateral — with AI support.
• Support end-to-end campaigns: briefs, inputs, coordination with clinical team, quality checks.
• Learn and run systems: planning, production, review, publishing, and AI integration at each step.
