Marketing and Submissions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Developing business pitches and proposals across practice groups
• Managing Firm award submissions to include coordinating, providing recommendations on and drafting of submissions, and organising research interviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining written profiles of lawyers in the Firm
• Overseeing the coordination of authorship and marketing sponsorship assessments
• Maintaining deal databases for various marketing purposes
• Keeping up to date with market trends and activities
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a business-related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution
• A minimum of 2 years’ related working experience
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
• Exceptional writing ability
• Excellent verbal communication skills and detail oriented
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications
