Sales & Marketing Manager

We’re a Singapore digital agency that designs and launches websites, apps, and smart digital experiences. We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager who loves meeting people, telling great stories, and turning interest into long-term clients. You don’t need deep technical chops just be curious, commercial, and eager to learn what we do.

What you’ll do

Sales & Business Development

  • Own the end-to-end cycle: prospect → discovery → proposal → close.
  • Craft proposals/quotes, handle follow-ups and negotiations
  • Build pipeline via inbound leads, referrals

Marketing

  • Ship monthly campaigns (case studies, emailers, landing pages, light ads).
  • Keep our website/portfolio fresh; collect testimonials and before/after results.
  • Track simple metrics (leads, win rate, campaign performance) and suggest improvements.

Light Project Management

  • Kick off projects: confirm scope, timeline, stakeholders, and success criteria.
  • Run concise status check-ins, capture actions, coordinate with project managers
  • Watch scope/timeline/risks and elevate early; ensure clean handover to support.
  • Keep clients happy with proactive comms and clear next steps.

What you’ll bring

  • 2 years in B2B sales or marketing (agency, creative, tech, SaaS, or services).
  • Comfortable leading client conversations and closing S$20k–S$100k projects.
  • Strong writing (emails, proposals, decks) and confident presentations.
  • Organised, follow-through mindset
  • Willing to learn our services (websites, apps, integrations, AI) and how to position them.
  • Nice to have: experience coordinating projects, responding to RFPs, or running small campaigns.
