• Assist in all daily tasks and matters within the Sales & Marketing Department.
• Identify potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquirers.
• Responsible for updating the company's official website.
• Responsible for client follow-up, achieving sales targets, and providing high-quality customer service.
