We're looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing and Operations Executive to join our team in Singapore. Job Summary

You’ll play a crucial role, boosting our brand through marketing and ensuring efficient administrative and financial operations. This hands‑on position involves leveraging tools like Canva for brand materials and strong Excel skills for key data analysis, contributing directly to our global expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Brand: Drive brand presence by creating engaging marketing materials with Canva. Manage our LinkedIn page and website content/updates to boost visibility and generate leads. Support overall branding.
  • Operational & Financial: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis on operational and financial reports (e.g., commissions, expenses). Assist with payroll administration and support other essential company systems and applications.
  • Administrative & HR: Provide general administrative support to sales and management. Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee leave records and basic support for onboarding/offboarding processes.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 year(s) of administrative or marketing support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva (portfolio a plus) and a keen eye for design.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting) for data analysis.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, excellent communicator, and a strong team player.
