A leading decarbonisation solutions firm in Singapore is seeking a Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager to elevate its brand voice in the energy sector. We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager to shape and amplify our brand voice in the rapidly evolving decarbonisation landscape. This role is designed to support both high-potential early-career talent and experienced marketing professionals, with scope and ownership calibrated to experience level. The role will work closely with all functions across the organization to systematically capture, validate, and synthesize the inputs required for effective decision-making and successful execution.
You will be responsible for articulating the technical superiority, safety standards, and lifecycle value of our NMC, LMFP, and other battery solutions to OEMs, operators, and industrial partners. The role bridges the gap between complex electrochemical engineering and compelling market narratives, ensuring Durapower remains a thought leader in the global transition to decarbonisation.
Area: Marketing and Corporate Communication and public relations
Experience: 3 to ees years for experienced Marketing and Corporate Communications.
We are also open to candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience who demonstrate strong technical curiosity and writing capability.
Industry Exposure: Ideally within the Battery, EV, Renewable Energy, or Semiconductor industries, B2B
Project Scope: Ability to understand and discuss NMC chemistry, cathode compositions (e.g., 622, 811), and battery management systems (BMS) in e-mobility domain in heavy industries like commercial vehicles, construction equipment’s etc.
Strategy: Ability to position Durapower brand and communicate the same to internal and external stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (background in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Energy Systems is a strong advantage).
Leadership: Technology-driven storytelling and cross-functional collaboration; people or project leadership expectations will scale with experience.
