Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies to support business goals.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline platforms.
  • Create and manage brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all communications.
  • Lead content development for website, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Manage corporate communications, including press releases, media relations, and public statements.
  • Conduct market research to identify audience insights, trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, analytics, and email marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) on marketing needs.
  • Manage marketing budget, timelines, and external vendors or agencies.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports and dashboards for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
