Marketing & Communications - Manager

The Role

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist with 10-12 years of experience who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Ipsos in Singapore externally and internally, within the company. He or she will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness and engagement within the digital space on the company’s digital marketing platforms.

The role primarily serves the business operations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage external digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels like email marketing, social media, and website.
  • Prepare digital content for internal communication and employee engagement activities including staff broadcast emails, office town halls, the intranet, and in-office posters, and TVs.
  • Optimise the company\'s online presence and improve the design, content of campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, media share of voice, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Required Skills
  • 10-12 years proven working experience in digital marketing and communication design.
  • A flair for copy writing, and visual communications.
  • A keen interest in consumer behaviour, market research, and current affairs.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and familiarity with use of design software like Canva.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Education

A bachelor\'s degree in marketing or communication design or a related field.
