A leading public communications organization in Singapore is looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and analyzing campaign performance. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Marketing or Communications, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong digital marketing skills. This position is only available for Singaporeans and PRs.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Executive to join our growing team! You will play a key role in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive growth. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, resourceful, and has strong communication and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and delivery of marketing plan across digital, social and offline channels to promote our programmes and events
  • Management and regular update of company website and social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook.
  • Monitoring and analyse campaign performance and prepare reports and insights for future initiatives.
  • Be present in our marketing activities and events.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and Communications. Candidates with strong digital or communication savvy with minimum 2 years of working experience will also be considered.
  • Basic knowledge in MS office and social media management tools and basicdesign platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, or online advertising is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other platforms.
  • Thinks out of the box and enjoys coming up with creative ideas and solutions
  • Positive working attitude and good communication skills
  • Position is only available for Singaporean and PRs
