Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Branding Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategies, brand identity, and campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, and data-driven individual with a strong passion for healthcare, wellness, and supplements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Manage brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all platforms (online & offline).
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email, paid ads, content).
  • Plan and execute branding & promotional activities with doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Manage vendors, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality marketing materials.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and ROI.
  • Support product launches, events, and partnerships.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing/branding (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or supplements industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with a growth mindset.
