How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you will deliver impactful results by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and collaboration to optimize marketing strategies and drive measurable outcomes. In close collaboration within the regional marketing teams, you will design and execute experiments plans that drive results.

What You Do

• Analyze and interpret data sets to support marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare cleanse and validate data to ensure consistency and accuracy for analysis and reporting
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B/multivariate tests with Marketing team to optimize website experiences and improve conversion rates.
• Minimum 2+ years of related business experience.
• Experience working with tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics, Adobe Target/Optimizely/VWO
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools e.g Power BI
• Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (Numpy/Pandas etc)
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
