Job summary

GREENLANE PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Risk Management Executive to join its Risk Management team. The role spans Market Risk, IRRBB, Treasury Risk, Risk Analytics and Risk Reporting, working with Treasury, Finance and senior management to monitor exposures and strengthen governance.

You will analyze risk, perform stress testing, and prepare dashboards while supporting system enhancements. Requires 2+ years in risk roles, strong Excel, English and Mandarin; FRM/PRM/CFA a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Market Risk, Treasury Risk, ALM, Product Control, Treasury Middle Office or Risk Analytics within a banking environment.
• Solid understanding of treasury products, interest rate risk, fixed income, FX and derivatives; exposure to IRRBB, ALM or banking book risk is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM or CFA are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA, SQL or Python would be an advantage).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market and treasury risk exposures across the Bank’s balance sheet, including IRRBB, while ensuring compliance with risk limits and escalating exceptions.
• Perform risk analysis, stress testing and scenario modelling to assess the impact of market movements on earnings, capital and balance sheet.
• Prepare regular risk reports, dashboards and management information for senior management and risk committees.
• Support the enhancement of risk systems, data validation processes and reporting templates to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Front Office and Technology teams to strengthen the market risk framework.
