• Professional working proficiency in Indonesian is required to review, interpret, and assess Indonesian language content and communications as a core function of this role.
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, risk operations, compliance, or a related field involving structured decision‑making against defined criteria.
• Experience applying established procedures and guidelines to evaluate cases and determine appropriate actions.
• Experience documenting work clearly and communicating findings to cross‑functional partners.
• Familiarity with AI tools and ongoing AI skill development is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Indonesian political, media, and social media landscape and how it relates to online integrity risks
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development ("e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration") and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Exposure to policy enforcement, legal compliance, or regulatory risk frameworks in a technology or platform context
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices ("e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews")
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience working in a scaled operations or risk management environment with defined workflows and quality standards
