You will be part of a team that engages selected individuals and corporations, including C-suite corporate stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals, to ensure the accuracy of critical datasets.

Responsibilities

• Engage selected individuals and corporations through calls, emails, and scheduled visits
• Communicate confidently and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Apply empathy and discretion when discussing sensitive information
• Keep case records organised and updated in internal systems
• Support tracking of progress and performance indicators
• Highlight recurring trends and challenges for team reviews
• Assist in preparing internal reports and dashboards
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Singaporean
• Degree in any discipline
• Research interviewing experience is advantageous
• Comfortable with both phone-based and in-person outreach (training provided)
