Job summary

Neptune Robotics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Technician/ Engineer to maintain and optimize auxiliary equipment supporting our autonomous hull-cleaning systems.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and provide on-site and remote technical support, while ensuring safety and environmental standards.

This role requires a diploma in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics engineering and hands-on problem-solving in maritime or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering.
• 3+ years in equipment maintenance, preferably maritime/industrial.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Familiarity with robotics or maritime technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Equipment maintenance on auxiliary systems.
• Monitoring, diagnostics and fault minimization.
• On-site and remote technical support for operations teams.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with maritime safety and environmental standards.
• Suggest upgrades and process improvements to enhance reliability.
