A financial asset management firm based in Singapore is looking for a professional to handle forecasting, budgeting, and analytics. The position involves preparing investor reports, supporting audits, and building dashboards using Power BI/Tableau. • Build Power BI/Tableau dashboards and streamline ETL scripts.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with IFRS policies.

Key Responsibilities (Top-Line)

1. Forecasting & Budgeting – Maintain rolling cash-flow, OPEX, and leverage models; run base/bull/bear scenarios.
2. Performance Analytics – Produce monthly TCE/OPEX variance packs; explain deviations and actions.
3. Management & Investor Reporting – Prepare NAV bridges, covenant heat-maps, and quarterly IC/Investor decks; support MAS filings.
4. Deal Support – Stress-test new acquisitions and refinancings; validate pricing curves against Baltic/Clarksons data.
5. Data & Automation – Build Power BI/Tableau dashboards; streamline ETL scripts in Python; as a plus.
6. Governance – Assist audits and valuations; ensure IFRS/VCC policy compliance on revenue recognition and fair-value marks.
