Qualifications

• Experience in maritime, corporate, or regulatory law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to advise on international conventions and regulatory regimes.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for ABS classification and certification activities.
• Draft and review complex commercial agreements and corporate matters.
• Advise on regulatory considerations with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL and related frameworks.
