Delta Marine Consultants in Singapore is seeking an adaptable Tender & Bid Engineer to support growth, combining engineering with business development, proposal writing and tender management across advisory and multidisciplinary projects.

Candidates with 3–6 years in engineering consultancy, tendering or bids are encouraged; training from sector specialists will be provided to deepen marine/coastal expertise. Benefits include mentorship and exposure to coastal infrastructure projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Coastal/Maritime related field.
• 3–6 years in engineering consultancy, tendering, or bids.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability translate technical input into proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Review RFQ/documents, analyse scope and terms.
• Prepare tender clarifications, risk registers, staffing plans.
• Prepare documentation for tender submission including Pre-Qualification.
• Support proposal development with technical and commercial teams.
• Assist with post-tender interviews, presentations, negotiations.
• Assist in contract review with legal teams.
• Maintain opportunity register and BD pipelines.
• Support pursuit strategies, client engagement, and pre-positioning.
• Prepare capability statements, project references, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support BD pipelines, CRM systems, and opportunity dashboards.
