Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and commission in marine engines, electrical systems, and equipment to locate malfunctions.
• Offer alternative solutions and provide cost estimates for part replacements.
• Assist in conducting testing of the company's products.
• Provide regular servicing and maintenance for engines and generators.
• Provide technical assistance to sales personnel and customers.
• Coordinate scheduling and planning of service activities with service engineers.
• Prepare and submit service reports promptly after servicing.
• Deliver comprehensive technical reports on work done and preventive measures.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain facilities as required.
• Comply with ISO documentation requirements and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
