Marine Service Engineer
Salary: 3,000 SGD ~ 3,500 SGD

Job Description: Our client is a leading Japanese boiler manufacturer providing innovative solutions in heat energy, water treatment, and environmental technologies. They are seeking a Marine Service Engineer to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This position reports to the Chief Engineer.
- Attend onboard assignments for repair and maintenance of boilers, incinerators, ballast water systems, and other related equipment.
- Prepare service quotations and submit them to customers.
- Issue sales slips and related service documentation.
- Prepare technical and service reports for submission to the Chief Engineer.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide after‑sales technical support.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in shipyard environments, marine industry, or marine vessel operations.
- Proficient in English for effective communication with customers and counterparts.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Willing to travel occasionally within ASEAN countries (approximately 1–2 times per month for 2–4 days per trip).
- Willing to work beyond standard hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License (advantageous).

- Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment.
- Conduct technical training for customers on equipment operation, setup, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for semiconductor equipment.
- Provide after‑sales technical support and field service to customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate sales and service activities with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate equipment solutions.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the team to realize them.
