You will coordinate site operations, engineering execution, and project controls to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; geotechnical knowledge is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of civil works experience; marine/dredging/reclamation exposure preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong civil/QS background encouraged.
Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee project works and monitor compliance with specs, quality standards and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, internal teams, and marine vessel operators.
Prepare documents for quotations, source contractors, evaluate bids and select contractors.
Review drawings and construction docs using AutoCAD.
Monitor site progress and propose practical, safe solutions.
Track material quantities for accurate commercial tracking.
Supervise on-site team or subcontractors to ensure safety and productivity.
