• Experience with developing customer-specific strategies for crew performance and retention.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts within the customer organization.
• Work closely with the Fleet Group and Crewing Operations to ensure service delivery.
• Function as the point of contact in escalation of all crew matters.
• Prepare and secure owners' approval for budget revisions.
• Participate in tasks related to the Company's Emergency Contingency Plan.
