Job summary

A marine construction company located in Singapore is seeking a Marine Construction Engineer to assist in marine construction and reclamation projects. This role is appropriate for fresh graduates or diploma holders eager to gain hands-on experience in vessel-based operations. Responsibilities include supporting the project manager on-site, monitoring production, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and a willingness to work onboard vessels. Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates; relevant experience or internship in marine or vessel-based works is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Willingness to work onboard vessels, at project sites, and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Support marine construction and reclamation works under the Project Manager’s direction.
• Work onboard the reclaimer vessel to assist with daily operations.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or diploma holders who are keen to gain hands‑on experience in vessel‑based marine construction and project execution.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Project Manager and be involved in onboard vessel operations, coordination, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marine construction and reclamation works under the Project Manager’s direction.

• Work onboard the reclaimer vessel to assist with daily operations.

• Monitor and record progress, production, and material usage.

• Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation.

• Coordinate with vessel crew and project team to ensure safe and smooth operations.

• Support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

• Attend toolbox and coordination meetings as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Open to fresh graduates; relevant experience or internship in marine or vessel‑இbased works is an advantage.

• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and technical documents.
