• Engage in three six-month rotations across key business and specialist areas, beginning with an induction by the Talent Management Team.
• Participate in structured learning and advocacy experiences to build a strong career foundation.
• Receive regular feedback through performance reviews and individual presentations at the end of each rotation.
• Build a strong internal network by joining the Colleague Network and contributing to meaningful projects aligned with company values.

About you

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated progress toward actuarial certification.
• 0-2 years of working experience; relevant internship or work experience in insurance or financial institutions is desirable.
