Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines to maintain product quality.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with machines, conduct routine maintenance, and assist engineers with repairs.
- Inspect and test products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Hands‑on experience with automated machinery and production equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor machine repairs.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts (if required).
40 Hours per week/Shift Allowance/Standby Allowance
