What You Will Do
  • Perform polishing, blending and general inspection
  • Set-up and operate Shot Peen and Media Finish
  • Read and follow established procedures and work instructions.
  • Able to interpret basic blueprint if required.
  • Perform risk assessment and take corrective actions as well as preventive measures.
  • Maintain day-to-day 6S Lean activities to create a safe work environment.
  • Work cross functional to support the various manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in the EH&S programs and take personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
  • Comply with the Code of Ethics and International Trade Compliance.
  • Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Precision/ Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2 years’ experience in manual deburring /blending and general inspection skills and knowledge.
  • Comfortable with hands‑on work to operate the tools and equipment.
  • Willing to work on permanent Shift and overtime on needs basis.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Relevant experience in shot peening, Manual deburring/blending is a plus.
  • Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus
