What You Will Do
- Perform polishing, blending and general inspection
- Set-up and operate Shot Peen and Media Finish
- Read and follow established procedures and work instructions.
- Able to interpret basic blueprint if required.
- Perform risk assessment and take corrective actions as well as preventive measures.
- Maintain day-to-day 6S Lean activities to create a safe work environment.
- Work cross functional to support the various manufacturing processes.
- Participate in the EH&S programs and take personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
- Comply with the Code of Ethics and International Trade Compliance.
- Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Precision/ Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in manual deburring /blending and general inspection skills and knowledge.
- Comfortable with hands‑on work to operate the tools and equipment.
- Willing to work on permanent Shift and overtime on needs basis.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Relevant experience in shot peening, Manual deburring/blending is a plus.
- Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus
