Manufacturing Technician / Engineer (MNC Semiconductor Ind)

Our client, a well-established semiconductor manufacturer, is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Technicians to join their expanding production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating high-precision equipment, supporting process improvements, and ensuring smooth production in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment according to SOPs and validated parameters.
  • Perform product or process conversions during start-up and mass production runs.
  • Conduct precision measurements, inspections, and quality checks on output materials.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve production issues promptly.
  • Support preventive maintenance, material management, and root cause investigations.
  • Provide training and guidance to operators based on Work Instructions (WIs).

Requirements

  • Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MES/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Able to work in a cleanroom environment and comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
