We are employing Advanced Manufacturing Technologies in our Wafer-Level Packaging operations with wide adoption of Automation, AI-enabled inspection and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) as substitute to manual operations.

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

Lead, train, motivate and coordinate with a team of manufacturing specialists and support teams to ensure safety, productivity & quality output in timely delivery.

Lead the team in achieving production schedule, ensure product quality and maximize resources through manning ratio and reducing redundant activities.

Monitors machines utilization and coordinate with planner on loading and timely delivery.

Analyse and resolve line non conformances with CAPA to prevent recurrence.

Escalate and follow up production issues with the relevant functional teams to ensure closure of issues.

Direct subordinates to perform tasks within guidelines, policies and procedures.

To engage and enforce subordinates discipline and adherence to work processes, procedures and policies compliances.

Participates in line continuous improvement activities to drive down cost and redundancy to achieve operational excellence.

Provide coaching, training and guidance to immediate staff to achieve set objectives.

Perform performance reviews and talent coach needs.

Maintain and ensure good 6S compliances through involvement of all team members.

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):

Minimum Diploma in any discipline and good effective communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum 3~5 years of Manufacturing experiences in similar responsibility and able to perform 12 hours shift job

Detailed oriented and able to multi-task/ work under pressure in a high energy and fast paced-environment with critical and tight schedules.

Competency in MS Office(Excel, Words, Power point and Outlook)
