Job description

Senior Manufacturing Specialist

• Supervise a team of production workforce in Singapore and ensure the day-to-day operations onsite
• Ensure the creation and implementation of production schedules to meet customer demands
• Monitor and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with Singapore export control regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production and logistics operations
• Communicate regularly with management to report on production progress and issues
• Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and profitability
• Support other manufacturing services eg ensure the timely and effective implementation of NPI within RSASIA

Your qualifications

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering or a related field
• Proven working experience of 8 years in at least a supervisory function within a manufacturing environment, and in a high mix, low volume business with atrack record of achieving results and improving efficiency
• Knowledge of production principles, practices, and processes in handling of export-controlled products and working with COO (Country of Origin) requirements
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize production operations
• Theability to manage a small team of diverse functions in fostering collaboration, communication, and accountability
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
• Experience working in a company ERP software. Preferably in SAP with knowledge of PP
