Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 50 Operator and Material Handlers to meet day to day performance targets.
• Work with internal department to meet on time delivery and customer requirements
• Conduct interviews, hire new operators and provide employee orientation
• Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis
• Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
• Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
• Must have experience managing teams of 50 or more people.
