Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations, including assembly, testing, and First Article builds (FA).
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Lead, train, and support production teams to ensure high performance and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to drive continuous process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in production supervision within electrical or semiconductor manufacturing.
