  • Update Fab daily performance and set clear direction in daily Operations meeting.
  • Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery.
  • Continuously monitor and identify potential short and mid-term potential line bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement quick recovery plans.
  • Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS), aligning with capacity and resource availability to meet customer CLIP.
  • Track Fab Key Performance Indicators, analyze production data, and report on schedule performance and material status to management.
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects on CLIP performance including RTD and line automation.

Learn more about our .As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining methods, operating sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. You'll work closely with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and new products, and you'll use engineering principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements. Your expertise in lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving higher levels of productivity and cost-effectiveness.
