Job summary

NO DEVIATION PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Specialist, Manufacturing Operations to provide technical and operational support across the GMP manufacturing lifecycle, including readiness, run and release activities.

Collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Engineering, and Supply Chain ensures regulatory compliance and timely product delivery. The role emphasizes supporting technology transfers, deviation management, CAPA implementation, investigations leadership, and batch disposition, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Microbiology or related field.
3–8 years of GMP pharma/biotech/manufacturing experience.
Experience with deviation investigations, CAPA, and change control processes.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and operational support across GMP manufacturing lifecycle (Operational Readiness, Run, Release).
Develop, review, and maintain Master Batch Records (MBRs) and change documentation.
Lead deviation investigations and DRB-based CAPA tracking.
Support technology transfers and manufacturing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and quality systems.
