Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics
• Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and quality assurance across all operational touchpoints
• Oversee supplier and OEM relationships, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with product specifications
• Implement and maintain SOPs, ISO/GMP standards, and regulatory compliance protocols
• Collaborate with finance and product teams to align operations with forecasting, inventory control, and cashflow cycles
• Manage and mentor a small team of production and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues, including product integrity and customer complaints
• Support new product launches with operational readiness, capacity planning, and vendor coordination

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG, supplements, or health products
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory systems, and quality control frameworks
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management, production scheduling, and vendor negotiations
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., HSA, GMP, ISO) and traceability protocols
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and operational dashboards
