Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics
- Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and quality assurance across all operational touchpoints
- Oversee supplier and OEM relationships, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with product specifications
- Implement and maintain SOPs, ISO/GMP standards, and regulatory compliance protocols
- Collaborate with finance and product teams to align operations with forecasting, inventory control, and cashflow cycles
- Manage and mentor a small team of production and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues, including product integrity and customer complaints
- Support new product launches with operational readiness, capacity planning, and vendor coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG, supplements, or health products
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory systems, and quality control frameworks
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management, production scheduling, and vendor negotiations
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., HSA, GMP, ISO) and traceability protocols
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and operational dashboards
