Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Manager to oversee operations and enhance coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and a Class 3 driving license would be a plus. This role involves liaising with customers and suppliers, assisting in administrative tasks, and ensuring the company's objectives are met.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years supervisory / managerial experience in manufacturing or similar functions.
• Class 3 driving licence an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and production regarding purchases and procedures.
• Assist the Manager to oversee functions, budget, and systems for daily operations.
• Create and monitor resource needs and planning strategies.
• Assist the manager with administrative tasks.
• Be the key contact person to customers and suppliers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain vendor relationships.
• Interact with ground staff and HODs to meet company objectives.
• Offer insights for process improvements and long-term strategies.
• Complete any other duties as required by the manager.
