Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding, Automation, or Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources for the operation department.
• Initiate productivity improvement programs for efficiency.
• Ensure supplier management and inventory integrity.
• Contribute to contract review meetings and standardized practices.
• Monitor and reduce waste through CAPA.
