Abbott is seeking a Manufacturing Manager (Systems & Quality) based in Tuas, Singapore. You will govern manufacturing quality systems to maintain cGMP compliance, lead HACCP programs, and ensure data integrity across SAP and POMS, with oversight of deviations, CAPA, change control and audits.
You will also manage inventory controls, budgets and drive cross-functional improvements, coaching the team in compliance and systems thinking.

As the Manufacturing Manager (Systems & Quality), you will govern manufacturing quality systems to maintain compliance with cGMP, food safety regulations, corporate standards and internal procedures, ensuring sustained inspection readiness. You will provide oversight and leadership of manufacturing food safety programs, ensuring risks are identified, controlled and continuously improved in alignment with HACCP and applicable regulatory requirements. You will ensure manufacturing computerized systems (e.g. SAP, POMS) are fit for use, validated and compliant, with strong adherence to data integrity (ALCOA+) principles. You will lead manufacturing input into deviations, investigations, CAPA and change control, ensuring robust root cause analysis, effective actions and prevention of recurrence. You will oversee systems and controls related to inventory accuracy, traceability and material usage and identifying systemic opportunities for improvement. You will also manage and govern budgets related to manufacturing systems, food safety programs and compliance activities, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality or safety.
